Who is MS&R?
In February, the Fayetteville Public Library board commissioned Jeffrey Scherer, FAIA of Meyer, Scherer, & Rockcastle, Ltd.(MS&R) of Minneapolis, along with Anders Dahlgren of Library Planning Associates, to conduct a needs analysis and facilities study for the library. The team of MS&R are familiar with the library and its rapid growth. In 1997, they conducted the first public sessions and produced the first 20 Year Master Plan for the Fayetteville Public Library in 1998.
