Who is MS&R?

In February 2013, the Fayetteville Public Library board commissioned Jeffrey Scherer, FAIA of Meyer, Scherer, & Rockcastle, Ltd.(MS&R) of Minneapolis, along with Anders Dahlgren of Library Planning Associates, to conduct a needs analysis and facilities study for the library which resulted in the 2030 Master Plan adopted by the Library board in October 2013.

The team of MS&R are familiar with the library and its rapid growth. In 1997, they conducted the first public sessions and produced the first 20 Year Master Plan for the Fayetteville Public Library in 1998 resulting in the construction of the Blair Library.
