Message from the Board of Trustees:
Our mission at Fayetteville Public Library is to strengthen our community and empower our citizens through free and public access to knowledge. Diversity and inclusion remain core values. Recent weeks, however, have shed light on the fact that we must further our commitment to providing resources about social justice and racial inequity.
Though we continue to educate ourselves as an organization on diversity, equity and inclusion through programs like TRUE NWA, we know we still have much to learn and structural changes must be made to ensure we uplift both our staff and our patrons to the best of our ability. We urge everyone to let us hear your ideas for meeting these objectives. Leave feedback here
