With Visiting Artist Erin Lorenzen
Join visiting artist Erin Lorenzen to learn about the Ashtanga Yoga System, the basis for most styles of yoga taught today. Practicing in this yoga system can improve strength, mobility and circulation, and help create a calm, clear, steady mind. Discover the truly transformative power of focusing on your breath, bandhas, and drishti as the class moves through the poses of the Primary Series.
This session is all levels - beginner, intermediate, and advanced practitioners may be surprised by how much learning the foundations of this system help them become their best both on and off the mat.
