Quitting tobacco is hard. Stress, cravings, triggers, and withdrawal symptoms are challenging. Health educator, Joni Padilla, will be here to share how you can develop a quit plan and stay tobacco free. She'll help us understand the health risks of using tobacco in its many forms and the health benefits of quitting. She'll also present methods and resources available to help you along the way.
