Join us for an all-levels friendly introduction to Yoga and meditation series. Emily will take you through an approximately 40 minute sequence of yoga asanas to unite the body and breath in preparation to help you find your grounding for a 20 minute guided meditation led by Matthew. The meditation will be focused on mindfulness in relation to the four frames of reference: the body, feelings, mind and mental qualities.

Please bring your own mat and something comfortable to sit on while meditating, such as a meditation cushion or blanket if you have one. Chairs will be provided for those who find chair yoga more accessible. 

Registration is required and opens December 26th. This is a four part series meeting in the fiction ellipse on January 15th, 22nd, 29th, and February 5th.
