Hey, Teens!  Bring chemistry into the kitchen at our special Molecular Gastronomy 101 Workshop!  Join Chef William McCormick as he teaches the ins and outs of Molecular Gastronomy while you taste and manipulate food on a molecular level!  (Please be sure to let us know about any food allergies when you sign up.)

Event will be held off site at the Mayflower Restaurant at 2:00 pm on July 22.  The restaurant is located at 3290 N. Lee Avenue in Fayetteville (in the location formerly home to Nibbles Academy of Cooking). The workshop is free, but registration is required and seating is limited.  Online registration begins July 1.
