Rent Our Space

With the 2021 expansion, we are now able to provide even more community spaces including 8 event and meeting spaces and 21 study rooms. Our Events Team strives to create a convenient and accessible environment for your event or meeting. Hosting your event or meeting at the library provides a unique experience for you and your guests. From corporate meetings, concerts, dance performances, speakers, or gala receptions- FPL wants to provide the ideal space for you. All event fees support the library’s collections, services, and programs.

Event staff meets with clients by appointment only. Please fill out the rental inquiry or call 479.856.7129 below and our Event Staff will respond within 48 hours. 


Per FPL policy, the library is unable to accommodate social events, i.e. weddings, wedding receptions, funerals, birthday parties, baby showers, anniversaries, play groups, etc.  We appreciate your understanding and adherence.

Event Center

The FPL Event Center is over 8,000 square feet and allows the library to host community events on a larger scale than was previously possible.  The size and versatility of this space was designed to fit the needs of many community organizations. Its state-of-the-art technology is innovative and offered at an accessible price.

Whether a concert, gala, conference, or author talk, the Event Center is a constant hub of community activity.  We offer packaged deals and nonprofit and corporate rates.

Located next to the Event Center and pre-function space, the Reception Room is perfect for smaller gatherings or receptions to be held in conjunction with events in the Event Center. This space may also be used simply as a small meeting or event space. This space has a privet entrance and can be booked in tandem with Event Center. Located on Level 100.

Beautiful studio space intended for a wide range of movement and wellness classes, performances, or art classes. AV-equipped art and movement studio located on Level 200.

Looking for a space to host a variety of events or meetings? The Willard and Pat Walker Community Room is acceptable for lectures, author talks, small concerts, panels and more. A mid-sized room located on Level 300.

Walker Family Teaching Kitchen

This 16-station kitchen is perfect for hosting culinary authors and professionals, as well as providing inspiring culinary courses, programs, and demonstrations.

J.B. & Johnelle Hunt Family Gathering Glade

A community outdoor gathering area, featuring an amphitheater capable of hosting over 200 patrons for a range of activities from outdoor concerts, movies, events, and forums. An outdoor amphitheater, accessible via West Street.
