Our book clubs are open to EVERYONE, and you’ll have the opportunity to read and discuss a wide variety of fiction and nonfiction titles. Some of their recent books include Black Cake by Charmaine Wilkerson, The Art Thief by Michael Finkel, The Sixth Extinction by Elizabeth Kolbert, and Tomorrow, and Tomorrow, and Tomorrow by Gabrielle Zevin. Handshake
Expand your reading horizons in a laid-back envirorment! This off-site book club reads fiction and non-fiction, from bestsellers to modern classics. Starting in 2026, this book club meeting location will be moving from Fayetteville Beer Works to Handshake!
Handshake is located on the 1st floor of the library, near the School Ave. entrance.

In this new book club experience, we’ll provide a prompt each month and you can pick any book that fits that criteria or genre to read for the upcoming meeting and share with the club! Books will not be provided for this club.
