Schmieding Foundation Teen Project Room (2nd Floor)Join the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE) for a fun, hands-on STEM adventure where kids will design, build, and test their own catapults while learning the basics of engineering and physics!
In this interactive workshop, students will learn about engineering, design, and physics while building their very own catapult!
Students will have the chance to:
- Explore the basics of engineering and problem-solving
- Work with real materials to build a catapult
- Test their creations and see how far their projectiles can fly
- Connect with role models from NSBE who are passionate about science and engineering
