Heather Ellzey, Environmental Educator from the City of Fayetteville, will teach participants about food waste and the city's composting programs.
Heather Ellzey will take a look at local and global sustainability issues and initiatives with a focus on the City of Fayetteville's food waste composting program. Participants will be offered a learning opportunity to understand the eye-opening effects of our daily habits and what actions are needed to move towards a more sustainable and zero-waste lifestyle.
