Join FPL's Chef Amon as we learn how to make a choux pastry dough and puff it into profiteroles, gougères and éclairs!

Making homemade éclairs and profiteroles is easier than you may think! In this cooking class, we will learn how to quickly whip up a batch of the classic French eggy dough that is piped and baked to make fantastically fillable puffs.

Please be prepared with the following safety guidelines:

  • Hairnets and aprons will be provided. You may wear a clean hat of your own if you prefer.
  • Long hair should be restrained. 
  • Please wear long pants and closed-toed shoes.
