Inspired by this year's Summer Reading Club theme, Oceans of Possibilities, we are presenting a history of the Fayetteville Water Supply.
Water Department Speaker Aaron Watkins will discuss the history of Fayetteville's water sources over the years, how the growth of Fayetteville necessitated finding additional resources, and the beginnings of city controlled piped water and sewage.
