This class is heavily influenced by Thich Naht Hanh's 16 Methods of Breathing, with elements of Kundalini Kriyas and somatic movement.
The 16 methods of inhaling and exhaling, in combination with the Four Establishments of Mindfulness (body, feelings, mind, objects of the mind), are the essence of the Sutra on the Full Awareness of Breathing.
"Breathing in, I know I am breathing in.
Breathing out, I know I am breathing out."
