COVID-19 Library Guidelines

The Library’s building is open. We continue to offer curbside pickup for holds and printing.

  • Washington County's COVID-19 community transmission is high. The CDC reccomends everyone should wear a mask in public, indoor settings.
  • We have a remote printing service that allows patrons to send print jobs to the library's printer from anywhere.
  • Curbside pickup is available Monday–Thursday 9am–7:45pm, Friday and Saturday 9am–4:45pm, and Sunday 1–4:45pm. Place a hold on materials online or by calling the library.
    • Once you are notified the items are available, call 479.856.7219 to schedule a pickup time.
    • Come to the library and park in the loading zone on Mountain Street, or in the parking garage by the P1 entrance if it is raining, and call 479.856.7219 to let us know you are here.
    • Printing and voter registration forms can also be delivered via curbside.
  • Some library programming is now available in-person with required registration and limited attendance numbers. We continue to have virtual events, as well as are offering both options for some programs. Please see our calendar for all event information.
  • Youth librarians created a YouTube playlist about the day-to-day changes and health practices that our kids are experiencing. Those videos can be found here
  • We continue working with the City of Fayetteville Board of Health to re-evaluate service offerings and processes.
