VariYoga is a dynamic practice that recognizes ‘one size does not fit all’ and can be modified to meet the needs of the individual.

The Arkansas Yoga and Therapy Center has been locally owned and operated by its founder Andrea Fournet since 1998. About the Instructors
Mari Walters Ford
Mari has a longtime interest in promoting wellness–first as a nutrition manager for the City of Chicago, then as a couples dance instructor, and now as a yoga devotee. Mari loves the phrase “yoga meets you where you are”, and invites all bodies to join the dance.
Dr. AnneMarie Lambert
I am a Hawaii Licensed Naturopathic Physician. I had a private practice in Kealakekua, Hawaii on the Big Island for 30 years. My family and I moved to Fayetteville, Arkansas in the fall of 2022. I began my study of yoga as a freshman in college at the University of Massachusetts. I explored several branches, lastly studying Iyengar while in Hawaii. Maintaining a daily yoga practice has been a conscious choice to create balance and a higher level of vitality in my life. I will look forward to the opportunity to teach a session of VariYoga at the wonderful Fayetteville Public Library.
