The importance of creating and keeping a body resumé, a document which helps you and medical staff.

Medical appointments can often feel overwhelming, but a Body Resumé can help simplify the process. This easy-to-update document allows you to organize and track your medical history, making it easier for you to share accurate information with healthcare providers. By having a clear and concise record, you can save time, reduce stress, and ensure that your health information is always at your fingertips.

Presenter Reign Bowie: Growing up with frequent medical complications, I developed a passion for organizing health information to achieve significant health goals. In just two years, I used a Body Resumé to streamline my overwhelming medical history into tangible results, which inspired me to help others do the same. With a love for travel, art, and a deep commitment to health and helping people, I’m excited to share this valuable tool to make managing healthcare easier for everyone.
