Up your game this holiday season with a delicious, decadent and surprisingly easy dessert - profiteroles! Participants will learn how to make a basic choux pastry, a pastry cream and a tasty ganache - staples for many other wonderful desserts.
Aprons and hairnets will be provided following health and safety standards, but participants may wear their own hats during the program.
