Jim Abernathy serves as a Reference Librarian at the Young Law Library. Prior to joining the law school library, he practiced law in Alabama for 28 years, where he served as President of the Workers Compensation Section of the State Bar from 2007 to 2008. Now, he teaches law students about technology used in legal practice. He is eager to help members of the public in finding legal information they may need.
