Join FPL's Chef Amon as we learn how to prepare traditional Risotto.

"Rice" to the occasion as we explore the iconic Italian staple, risotto. Come prepared to stir, stir, stir your way to a dish that is creamy comfort in every bite. Risotto... "That's Amore!" 

Please be prepared with the following safety guidelines:

  • Hairnets and aprons will be provided. You may wear a clean hat of your own if you prefer.
  • Long hair should be restrained. 
  • Please wear long pants and closed-toed shoes.
