with Grass Roots Taxes
Taxes for a business can be confusing, since the laws are always changing. Diane will discuss filing, recordkeeping, accounting, pricing, and other financial components for keeping your small business compliant with the IRS.
Grass Roots Taxes grew from Diane learning “the system” of taxes by running several small businesses over the years, then moving on to help other businesses with her experience in 2001. She holds a BSBA in accounting and management and is licensed by the IRS as an Enrolled Agent. This is the highest credential awarded by the IRS, allowing her to represent taxpayers in all tax issues.
