The City of Fayetteville and partner organizations involved in environmental initiatives will share what they’re working on and answer questions from the public.
The City of Fayetteville does an incredible amount of environmental work that many residents may not be fully aware of. Our programs range from water and sewer upgrades to hybrid fleet improvements, innovative waste initiatives, stormwater management, solar projects, parks improvements, and collaborations with groups like the Botanical Garden and the Ozark Natural Science Center. We’re also tackling issues like invasive plant removal and many other efforts that support a healthier environment. Bringing all of this together in one session will give the community a clearer, big‑picture understanding of the work happening across the city. At a time when many people feel overwhelmed or disconnected from government, this is a meaningful opportunity to share our progress, strengthen community trust, and celebrate the positive impact we’re making together.
