Meet Your Instructor

Maria Chowdhury is a certified Holden Qigong instructor (2023) and herbalist offering accessible, nature-based movement practices rooted in Taoist philosophy and the Five Element system of traditional Chinese medicine. Inspired by the rhythms of the seasons and the Five Elements: Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water. Maria’s teaching approach is inclusive and adaptable for all bodies and experience levels. Her goal is to offer practical tools that support resilience, ease, and a deeper connection to oneself and the natural world.
