Walker Family Teaching Kitchen (1st Floor)Join FPL's own Chef Amon as we learn how to compose a gorgeous Charcuterie Board!
Are you ready to entertain? Or perhaps just treat yourself to a gorgeous platter of noshables? Join Chef Amon as we learn how to compose a beautiful charcuterie board. We will learn the basic components, as well as some tricks for maximum aesthetic effect.
Each participant will walk away with their own unique charcuterie board, ready to share!
This class will be offered at 11am and again at 2pm. Please only register for one session. Register for the 11am class here →
Please be prepared with the following safety guidelines:
- Hairnets and aprons will be provided. You may wear a clean hat of your own if you prefer.
- Long hair should be restrained.
- Please wear long pants and closed-toed shoes.
