Pain is a four letter word that we need to have the least amount of as we grow older. Pain may be inevitable, but living with it doesn’t have to be. After experiencing debilitating sciatica that made even simple movement impossible, Benjamin Cohen set out to find a better way to live, one focused on mobility, resilience, and lasting comfort.
Today, he walks six to eight miles a day, maintain excellent health, and enjoy a dramatically improved quality of life. Through careful research, practical lifestyle changes, and a commitment to well-being, he discovered strategies that truly make a difference.
