Building Self-Trust Through Everyday Adventure
Saturday, August 01

Fayetteville Public Library
Walker Community Room (3rd Floor)Stop waiting for certainty and start creating confidence through everyday adventures.
Many people find themselves stuck between where they are and where they want to be—overthinking decisions, seeking certainty, and waiting to feel confident before taking action.
In this interactive workshop, Adventure Mindset Coach Mai Lê shares how adopting an Adventure Mindset can help participants navigate uncertainty with greater compassion, curiosity, and courage. Drawing from her own experiences leaving a 9-year relationship, changing careers, solo traveling internationally, and becoming a licensed skydiver, Mai introduces her 4C Framework and Adventure Zone Model.
Through personal storytelling, reflection exercises, and practical tools, participants will learn how to view life as an experiment rather than a test, use emotions as valuable information, and identify one small but meaningful step toward a goal, decision, or dream they have been postponing.
Participants will leave with a deeper understanding of how confidence is built—not through certainty, but through intentional action and reflection.
