Ziegler Reception Room (1st Floor)

This introduction will explore ancient core principles and practices of shamanism and how it relates to our modern day challenges.

The program, led by Dr. Lynn Tatum, will include lecture as well as an introductory guided exercise in which participants will begin to feel the power of this practice. Questions and discussion will follow. Goals include opening up the mind to the potential of using an updated version of this ancient practice for control of our nervous systems, creating a deeper connection to all of nature, and to explore the importance of a wholistic approach to healing.
