Welcome to a fun, energetic, and calming yoga space built just for you! We will mix playful movement with real yoga skills to help you feel strong, focused, and relaxed.

Be ready to explore what your mind and body can really do. No previous experience needed- just bring an open mind and comfortable clothes. 

Each attendee needs to be registered individually and under their own name.
