Barre is a technique inspired by elements of ballet, yoga and pilates. In this class, kids will participate in a fun workout that will focus on strength, endurance, balance and flexibility.
Yoga mats are available, or you can bring your own. Barre is usually done with bare feet.
This class is offered every Tuesday in April. Register separately for each class.
