The Boxed Book Society is a pressure-free teen book club that features critically acclaimed, diverse books.
Please join us for the May Boxed Book Society meeting, where we will talk about Literary Fiction. Registrants will receive their book in a book box full of delightful treats. The book box, and all its contents, are yours to keep. After you register, you can drop by the Teen Library any time during open hours to pick up your book box in preparation for the meeting. We will meet in person at the library and simultaneously on Zoom on May 23rd at 5 p.m. to chat about books! Please join us in the venue that is most comfortable for you. If you register for the program and receive a book box, meeting attendance is required.
The best part is, there is no pressure to read the book before the meeting! We know that teens already have homework, deadlines, and other pressures every day, so if you read this month’s book, come chat about it! If you didn’t get to the book before the meeting, come hang out and talk about books with us anyway.
May's book box will contain a copy of Dig by A.S. King, along with other treats.
Registration opens on May 1st at 9 a.m.
