This workshop will give students a broad understanding of the ACT as well as tips for raising their score.

This workshop will help students conquer the balance between speed and accuracy on the ACT, remove mental blocks that inhibit performance, gain familiarity and confidence with the test format, understand the role the test plays in the college planning process, and get a successful score.

The College Access Initiative (CAI) is a program in the Center for Multicultural and Diversity Education at the University of Arkansas. The CAI is staffed by dedicated individuals who want to help students plan and prepare for college by providing free college readiness workshops.

This program is open to students in grades 8–12. Registration is required and opens on January 28th at 9 a.m. Past attendees of this program from CAI should only register with the understanding that it will be a repeat of previously presented information.
