Join us for yoga on the library's Gathering Glade! This class is suitable for all levels of yoga practitioners. In the event of rain or excessive heat, the program will move to the Art and Movement Room.
Instructor:
Jes Summersett received her 200 hour yoga teacher certification in 2020 to deepen her personal practice and offer classes to the community. She has an intention as a yoga instructor to safely guide students through dynamic flows, build strength and flexibility for a healthy back, and to empower students to live their practice on and off the mat. Jes grew up dancing her entire life and hopes to bring that grace and presence to your yoga practice.
