Are you intrigued by the prospect of entering the culinary industry or eager to enhance your professional qualifications?
Enroll in our complimentary certification course where you will delve into the realm of kitchen safety. Join Chef Amon as you obtain your food safety certification!
Throughout the course, we will explore various essential topics, including:
- Kitchen safety protocols
- Prevention of foodborne illnesses
- Maintaining appropriate cooking, holding, and storage temperatures
- And much more!
This is a one-day course with exam provided. Attendance at multiple sessions is NOT required for certification.
Exams are physical, paper exams that will be sent off to ServSafe for grading. Certificates are usually available for print and download within 2 weeks.
The ServSafe® program is developed by the National Restaurant Association with the help of foodservice industry experts.
This programming is being developed in partnership with the City of Fayetteville's Department of Economic Vitality utilizing appropriated ARPA funding.
