Attention cemetery and local history enthusiasts!  Join local noted expiry historian and cemetery expert Abby Burnett for a fascinating presentation of some of the most unusual grave coverings and markers found in Ozark cemeteries (grave houses, tent graves, false crypts, mounded graves, etc.) and a look at some of the area’s most beautiful tombstone carvings. The discussion will also include proper tombstone cleaning techniques, helpful hints to improve tombstone photography, as well as other practical advice for cemetery enthusiasts.  Abby Burnett, noted cemetery researcher and author, is the guide to AETN's documentary "Silent Storytellers," exploring the cultural, artistic and personal stories cemeteries provide to the surrounding communities, and author of "Gone to the Grave."
