One of the areas most loved authors will be giving writing workshop on Friday, April 13 from 2:00pm-4:00pm in the Ann Henry Board Room.

Velda Brotherton will be discussing how to turn a real life experiences into exciting fiction. Velda has a long career in historical writing, both fiction and nonfiction. Her love of history has inspired her to published 25 books and novels since 1994.

Velda has co-chaired a large weekly critique group since 1988, gives two yearly all-day workshops, mentors promising young writers, and teaches at conferences in a four-state area.

Registration is required and class size is limed. Registration starts Monday, March 26.
