Sing and Dance for Parkinson's is open to all people and is great for people of all ages concerned about their flexibility, balance and falling, but is designed specifically with people who have Parkinson's in mind. Class begins with facial and voice exercises. The facial exercises were created by Judith Olivia, who has been teaching them for over twenty years. We sing one well-known song. This is followed by a dance class.

The instructor, Allyssa Riley, has trained in NYC with the Dance for PD program and is a professional music and writer in NWA.
