Join us for this series of classes focusing on Yoga Nidra – guided meditation to soothe the nervous system and bring relaxation.

Yoga Nidra means yogic sleep. A majority of the practice is done lying on the back, so no previous experience with yoga is required.

Yoga mats and blanket will be provided. Students are encouraged to bring an extra blanket, hand towel or eye pillow to cover their eyes, and a small pillow for behind their head & neck.

Robin Bruce E-RYT studied yoga in Austin, Texas where she eventually designed curriculum for yoga teacher training programs in which she taught. She brings a gentle, beginner-friendly approach to yoga, making it accessible for everybody
