Experience this popular treat from Taiwan!
Celebrate Asian Pacific American Heritage Month at the library with this tasty treat from Taiwan. Boba tea gained a wide following in the U.S. in the 1990s and is still highly popular today. Teens in grades 5-12 are invited to join us in creating this delicious drink made with tea, milk, and tapioca pearls. All materials will be provided. Registration for this free program is required and will open on April 15 at 9:00am.
Aprons and hairnets will be provided following health and safety standards, but participants may wear their own hats during the program.
Allergy warning: This program contains dairy.
All abilities are welcome. For disability accommodations, call 479.856.7170 or email kidsquestions@faylib.org 2-3 weekdays before a program.
