Join FPL's own Chef Amon as we learn how to prepare bright and vibrant salads using the best of a summer harvest!
In this class we will learn how to make several styles of salads to let those vibrant summer colors and flavors SHINE! Using nature's bounty and just the right balance of acid, oils, fresh herbs and seasonings, we will explore the spectrum of salad-making! *Hint: they're not all lettuce based.
