What does your heart say to you through its constant beat?
What are the sacred messages living inside your most precious resource, your heart? In this workshop, you’ll be led through a guided meditation to open the communication channels between body and mind. Then, a journaling exercise and lastly, condensation of that journaling process into a poem of some sort. You’ll walk away with a message to yourself, from your heart.
