Join FPL's own Chef Amon as we learn about the history and various ways of preparing that American summer staple: corn.

With all the sweet corn available in summer, we maize well eat it!

In this class, lend your ears to Chef Amon as she discusses the history of corn and demonstrates various ways of enjoying this favorite summer treat, from the simplest techniques to more complex recipes. 

Please be prepared with the following safety guidelines:

  • Hairnets and aprons will be provided. You may wear a clean hat of your own if you prefer.
  • Long hair should be restrained. 
  • Please wear long pants and closed-toed shoes.
