We will touch on both savory and sweet fruit sauces, learning how to balance flavors and modify textures. Whether it's a gastrique, coulis, compote or chutney, the sweet tang of a homemade fruit sauce can be the perfect way to elevate your dishes, using ingredients you probably already have in your kitchen.
