Join recent Trailside Yoga teacher training graduates for a variety of yoga classes! All experience levels and abilities are welcome.
This class is designed to be for everyone, especially those new to yoga or with no prior yoga experience. Rotating instructors will provide a comfortable place for those new to and curious about yoga and guide participants through yoga poses and sequences that may vary each week. Modifications will be provided and encouraged.
Trailside Yoga & Beyond is the original downtown yoga studio in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Opened in 2014, our mission is to create an inclusive yoga community, with a focus on education, transformation & personal growth. We offer a wide variety of yoga classes, 7 days a week, including hot yoga, gentle flow, slow flow, restorative, yin, and donation-based community classes. We also offer workshops, teacher training, private lessons & mentorships. Trailside welcomes everyone, regardless of race, age, gender, sexual orientation, body type or physical ability. We have a large practice studio, cork flooring, infrared heaters, mat rental & free parking. Our diverse teaching team is experienced, knowledgeable and highly educated. Each of our teachers has at a minimum a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher designation. With over 90 years of combined teaching experience, we provide safe instruction in an encouraging atmosphere. We have cultivated a supportive community and we hope you will join us!
