The UAMS Northwest Women's Health Team will offer a presentation on perimenopause and menopause. Mental wellness concerns that may present during this time will also be discussed.

Menopause and perimenopause represent a significant transitional period of time for all women. This presentation will discuss symptoms and concerns that frequently present in the perimenopause time, including mental health concerns. Presenters will review evidence-based strategies to approach perimenopause to optimize health and reduce undesirable symptoms. 

This special series of talks is presented by the UAMS Northwest Women’s Health Team. This event (and all sessions in this series) will be livestreamed and recorded for future viewing. Watch it here →
