ACT Math Workshop (Completed Grades 8–12) *

Schmieding Foundation Teen Project Room (2nd Floor)Join local tutor Brad Miller to learn basic strategies and time management for the ACT math section.
This class will cover the most useful features of a TI-84 calculator, so please be sure to bring one. If you need to check one out from the library, please do so ahead of time. After that, the class will work a math section together from a released ACT test.
This event is open to students who have completed grades 8-12 and requires registration. Registration opens at 7 am on May 16th.
About the presenter
Brad Miller graduated from the University of Arkansas with a BS in Physics and a BA in Philosophy. He has worked as a tutor throughout Northwest Arkansas for the past 16 years and has taught ACT prep, algebra, and chess classes for Upward Bound since 2015. In his free time he plays chess and PC games, reads, and loves to walk around outdoors.
