Publishing Pathways: Romance *
Genre Breakout Session
Saturday, August 29
2:30pm - 4:00pm
Fayetteville Public Library
Ziegler Reception Room (1st Floor)Join Sarah Loch for a breakout session about romance!
Working with their peers, writers will discuss ways to make their work marketable, whether it is to agents, publishers or readers. Writers will practice talking about their work succinctly. The discussion will be moderated by a writer who has gone through the publishing process in the genre. This session will also allow writers to meet make connections with other writers.
About the presenter
Sarah Loch is a queer speculative and romance author who started making up stories before she knew how to write. Since 2018 she has self-published 8 novels, as well as some short stories and poems under various pseudonyms. When she's not writing, you can usually find her ADHD-ing her way through a wide variety of crafts, hobbies, and special interests. She lives in the hills of Northwest Arkansas with her family and two very spoiled bunnies.
This workshop is part of our Publishing Pathways series for adults interested in writing and publishing their work, including poetry, fiction, non-fiction, and journalistic writing of all lengths and styles. Join us to sharpen your skills, connect with fellow writers, and take the next step toward publication!
