Tie-Dye T-Shirts! (Grades 4–8)

Tie Dye your own t-shirt on the Gathering Glade!

Bring your own white t-shirt and learn to tie dye!

This event will take place on our Gathering Glade. Please wear clothing appropriate for a very messy craft, as it could potentially stain fabrics or shoes. Patrons who participate in this class will bring home their dyed shirt in a plastic bag and will need to finish the rinsing and washing of their project at home. Specific instructions will be given during the event.

This event is open for patrons who have completed grades 4–8. *Cotton or cotton-blend t-shirts preferred. 

In keeping with the City of Fayetteville, Fayetteville Public Library recommends that unvaccinated and partially vaccinated persons wear masks.

At youth programs, we recommend that children wear masks since children age 11 and under are unable to be vaccinated. Persons who are fully vaccinated are not required to wear a mask. If parents have specific questions related to masks at a program, please email ejones@faylib.org.
