Join us in our Teaching Kitchen to celebrate Women's History Month and learn about the inventor of the chocolate chip cookie while making some cookies to take home!

Where did chocolate chips come from? Who was the first person to put chocolate chips in a cookie? Was the invention of the chocolate chip cookie really an accident? Is there such a thing as too many chocolate chips?

Please join us to honor Women's History Month in our Teaching Kitchen as we bake some delicious chocolate chip cookies with Chef Matt and find the answers to all these questions with one of the librarians. Each participant will make their own batch of cookies to take home!
