Join cookbook author Suzanne Billings for a cooking demonstration from her latest book, "Jarcuterie".
Billings will demonstrate a few recipes from her book in the library's Teaching Kitchen.
Jarcuterie, also called grazing cups or grazing bouquets, are handheld foods delightfully presented in individual jars, cups or other vessels for safe grazing. These sophisticated snacks embody all the wonderful aspects of a charcuterie board in a single serving. These cups are simple to prep ahead of time, infinitely customizable and a breeze to transport.
Registration is required and seats are limited.
