Meeting: Walker Family Teaching Kitchen

Join cookbook author Suzanne Billings for a cooking demonstration from her latest book, "Jarcuterie".

Billings will demonstrate a few recipes from her book in the library's Teaching Kitchen.

Jarcuterie, also called grazing cups or grazing bouquets, are handheld foods delightfully presented in individual jars, cups or other vessels for safe grazing. These sophisticated snacks embody all the wonderful aspects of a charcuterie board in a single serving. These cups are simple to prep ahead of time, infinitely customizable and a breeze to transport.

Registration is required and seats are limited.

Suzanne Billings is the owner of Noble Graze and author of Jarcuterie. She is the motivator behind the jarcuterie viral trend and has appeared on Today, Pop Sugar, Bloomberg and other media outlets. Countless Instagram food influencers have also shared her amazing edible creations.

Suzanne was one of the first to bring the grazing trend to the U.S. in 2016 and has continued to champion the movement. Her background in event management, marketing and small business ownership has helped make her business a success. She is driven by creativity, integrity and helping others.

She lives in Fayetteville, Arkansas with her husband, Eric, and two children, Annabelle and Jack.

This event is part of the True Lit Fayetteville Literary Festival, now in its 9th year.  The festival is in collaboration with the Fayetteville Public Schools, Fayetteville Public Education Foundation, University of Arkansas Program in Creative Writing and Translation and Altrusa International of Fayetteville, Arkansas.
