Lead up in any role!

Leadership is an action, not a position. Nonprofit work requires leadership on every level. Often, nonprofit staff must "lead up" to engage Executive Directors, Board members, program leadership, and others to support the organization's strength and effectiveness. We will discuss specific strategies for "leading up" in a way that empowers everyone.

This workshop will be led by Melanie Palmer, Hannah Lastra, and Leilani Ocasio, members of the grants and fundraising consulting firm M. Palmer Consulting.
